This trend will continue. Maybe the plans proposed in Fremont were actually intended to stop people from being able to sell. After all, the true agenda is rarely what they publicly claim. The goal is more likely to make it more expensive to move in the same way that unions trap people into jobs by making experience not transferable unless they go to a non-union shop.<br />Seattle just lost a block of some significance to high density development. It won't be long before anything less than 10 stories tall will be deemed unsustainable development.<br />BTW, it has been my experience that the fastest way to suck the manhood out of men is living in an apartment. You are not allowed to do anything for yourself. Not even changing the oil in your own car.
