Not everyone who buys a car is a liberal schmuck for New York City or San Francisco. Not every consumer is ready to bow at the alter of Global Warming. Most rational thinking folks can read between the lines when you attack a wealthy industry in a feeble attempt to prop up another one. You cringe at the thought of oil companies making huge profits but you get wet at the thought of a green energy company taking grandma's bucks, at a cost 5 times higher for the same kw. I'll drive my old 1970's Chevy pk with the 350 engine. I'll spew exhaust out the tailpipe. You will breathe it and I suggest you learn to like it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4142988674703954802.post-13487605493191048402012-03-24T20:22:46.168-07:002012-03-24T20:22:46.168-07:00It's a car for rich enviro/techies, not the co...It's a car for rich enviro/techies, not the common person. If there was a market for the car, the govt., wouldn't have to bribe people and that in of itself creates anomosity. The govt. has no business giving away taxpayer money to people who have a much higher income. Global warming is a scam and trying to push a car based on all this hype is absurd.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4142988674703954802.post-61502298092761963322012-03-24T19:32:42.476-07:002012-03-24T19:32:42.476-07:00The public doesn't want to pay a premium price...The public doesn't want to pay a premium price for a car with limited range and most likely a terrible resale value if it needs a battery pack. Cars went from electric to gasoline over a century ago for good reason. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
