Corrigendum on Gore's Hysterical Rant

The Hockey Schtick previously quoted a newspaper source regarding Al Gore's expletive-laden rant including the following statement:

"It’s no longer acceptable in mixed company, meaning bipartisan company, to use the goddamn word climate. It is not acceptable. They have polluted it to the point where we cannot possibly come to an agreement on it."

After listening to the audio, a transcription error was noted; Gore actually said the following:

"It’s no longer acceptable in mixed company, meaning bipartisan company, to use the goddamn word climate. It is not acceptable. They have polluted the shit to the point where we cannot possibly come to an agreement on it."

The Hockey Schtick regrets the error.
